Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rotini and any related services. By creating an account, accessing the app, or otherwise using Rotini, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you are using Rotini on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
1. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to create an account or use Rotini. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your credentials and must maintain the security of your password.
2. Acceptable Use & Compliance
You may only use Rotini for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access areas or data you do not have permission to access.
3. Prohibited Content & Conduct
- Uploading, storing, or sharing content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise prohibited by law.
- Attempting to disrupt or overload our infrastructure, including automated or scripted requests intended to flood our servers.
- Introducing malware, attempting unauthorized probing or scanning, or otherwise interfering with the security of Rotini or supporting systems.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the recipes, notes, and other content you upload to Rotini. By submitting content, you grant Rotini a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
5. Service Availability & Modifications
We aim and make it our best effort to keep Rotini available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or access at any time, including to address legal or security concerns. Where feasible, we will provide notice of material changes.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, uploaded illegal or disallowed content, attempted to abuse the service (including by flooding or otherwise overloading our systems), or engaged in conduct that may expose Rotini or our users to liability. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the app.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Rotini is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rotini and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or changes in our practices. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of Rotini after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
